Bring Me The Horizon Reveal New Video For Go To Hell For Heaven’s Sake

Bring Me The Horizon have revealed the new video for their latest single, Go To Hell For Heaven’s Sake which has been taken from their album, Sempiternal, released earlier this year on Epitaph Records. Go To Hell For Heaven’s Sake has been on the Active Rock Charts for 5 months.

The video was directed by Stuart Birchall and the live shots were filmed at the Church of St. Bartholomew the Great in Barbican, London.

As the title of the song suggests, Go To Hell For Heaven’s Sake seems to be riddled with frustration and fury towards a person that the narrator cannot stand. Percussionist Matthew Nicholls sets the foundations of the song with an introduction of interchanging single and double bass peddles which in turn opens door for Oliver Sykes’  aggressive yet controlled full throttled vocals. Each verse is supported by the walls of power chords and distorted electric guitar. The chorus of the song houses multiple layers of Syke’s voice reminiscent of At The Drive In.

Go To Hell For Heaven’s Sake is a full bodied, solid track that reeks of energy and anarchy. Words of advice – listen to the track, for heaven’s sake.
