Rise Records have announced the signing of Atlanta based heavy music act Nightmares to the label. The five piece have also released a provocative new video for their track In The Mouth Of Madness featuring Tyler Carter of the band Issues. Nightmares are also set to release their debut album later this year.
“We’re thrilled to be joining the Rise Records family” says frontman Carter Hardin. “We’ve been working hard on our debut over the past year and are looking forward to taking this next step. Thank you to all who have been there from the start and this is still just the beginning.”
Set against a backdrop of superior vocals, supercharged screams and bone-crushing breakdowns, the new video is a visually stunning and compelling musical journey that compliments their magnificently fierce yet melodic sound with sultry, nightmare-ish imagery.
Nightmares recorded their debut album over the course of a full year with Drew Fulk at Think Sound Studios in Greensboro, North Carolina. The band also brought in heavy – hitter producer and engineer, David Bendeth (Bring Me The Horizon, Of Mice and Men, Asking Alexandria) to mix the album at House of Loud in Elmwood Park NJ.
Nightmares are making plans to tour in 2014 in support of the new album. Stay tuned for further details.
