Dan Mangan – About As Helpful As You Can Be…New Video Released

Dan Mangan has recently finished his UK tour but what better way to keep his UK fans interested than to release the video for brand new single, About As Helpful As You Can Be Without Being Any Help At All.

The video was directed by Stuart Gillies and features dancers, Chinese lanterns and camp fires. And what better place than to film all these weird yet wonderful things than in a rugged woodland clearing. The video starts off with Mangan stood between broken belongings in a woodland clearing. It then develops into an enchanted world filled with costumed dancers and plenty of face paint.

Not only has Dan Mangan released the superb video for his latest single but he has also released a video of him taking part in the Plectrum Sessions earlier this year at SXSW. In this video, Mangan explains the story behind the track, Rows of Houses, while also playing the track alongside his band. It can be watched here.

Dan Mangan can be seen performing live at Summer Sundae Weekender in Leicester on 17-19 August.
